A Churl's Ode to Chocolate

Oh, what splendor, and oh, what bliss

I have not tasted until this

So mellow, sweet, and soft, and rich

Suchlike must be a fairy's kiss

A fairer food was never made

Best aliment which so delights

The tongue that dares to take a bite

Unequalled, wonderful in taste

'Twas the fall for many a men

Who understood to nourish well

Oh Thy dainty diet's mean spell

Was cast upon so many then

And with thy evil magic dost

Thou charm so many innocent

Who so vainly try to withstand

But often are already lost

Don't get me wrong, but this feels queer

I'd rather like to have a beer
